2 Tenants: Your physical locations are represented on the Fuuz platform as individual tenants. Considerations for separate tenants would be: time zones, zip code, business unit segregation, user segregation or other factors. Discuss with your Fuuz sales team. Each Tenant added to your subscription will include an increase in data storage as well.

³ Global Site Support: Each subscription level provides support for a maximum number of locations per legal entity subscribing to the Fuuz Platform. Each physical location requires a separate Tenant on the Fuuz Platform; Subscription Pricing, Add-Ons and Features are all Per Tenant. Some exceptions may apply, check with your salesperson.

4 PLC / Device Connectors: Leveraged through the Fuuz Device Gateway, or your own OPC / Proprietary software to enable the flow of information bi-directionally between Fuuz and your industrial equipment. Weigh scales, scanners and printers do not count towards your device count. Additional bundles are available.

⁵ Connectors: are licensed to users of Fuuz to connect with external systems, disks, FTP sites and other software. Transactional limits may apply to certain connectors and would be provided in your contract. Technology Connectors are used for non-named applications, like databases, network drives, flat file projects, etc. Application Connectors are for named solutions like Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, ADP, etc. Some application connectors are available in bundles when applicable.

⁶ Build and QA Environments: These are crucial to leverage the citizen developer tools of the Fuuz Platform enabling you to develop/create apps, install and test new apps, train users and perform UAT, outside of your production environment.

⁷ Single Sign-On (SSO): Single sign-on eliminates the need to manage multiple user names and passwords. This applies to the Fuuz Platform only and not any other services provided to customers, such as the community and knowledge base, which are 3rd party. Currently supports any OIDC provider you may be using.

8 Data Storage: Based upon the subscription tier of your solution, we provide a standard amount of data storage for all of your requirements. This is monitored at the enterprise level, so all tenants share in this pool. Additional data blocks are available, and will be billed after 60 days of use in excess of your limits.

⁹ Advanced Service Contract: This service level comes as an annual subscription for the duration of your Fuuz Platform subscription. This includes access to our online Knowledge Base and Support Tools.

¹⁰ Premium Service Contract: This service level comes as an annual subscription for the duration of your Fuuz Platform subscription. This includes access to our online learning TrainerCentral site, with several courses designed to educate the customer on how to leverage the citizen developer tools in Fuuz.

¹¹ Elite Service Contract: This service level comes as an annual subscription for the duration of your Fuuz Platform subscription. This includes access to our online learning TrainerCentral site, with several courses designed to educate the customer on how to leverage the citizen developer tools in Fuuz.

¹² GovCloud Deployment: Rarely necessary; however, should this be required due to the nature of your business, we can deploy your entire Fuuz solution on GovCloud. This does carry a significant additional cost.

¹⁴ Private Cloud: This deployment option, generally reserved for large enterprise rollouts, provides the ability to deploy Fuuz on a separate private AWS cloud. This option adds a significant amount of cost, but provides larger companies with greater visibility to the services and performance of their Fuuz deployment as well as dedicated compute power.
